Terms & Conditions
This page provides an overview of the Terms and Conditions governing the services I offer. These terms ensure that our working relationship is clear, fair, and mutually beneficial. Please read through carefully.
Last updated: [7/5/2025]
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Catriona Coughlan – virtual assistance for neurodivergent minds (“I,” “my,” “me”), a UK-based business, to clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging with my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
I provide a range of virtual assistance services designed to support neurodivergent individuals. These services include:
Life and Work Admin: Managing schedules, appointments, emails, task lists, and general administrative tasks.
Bookkeeping Support: Light bookkeeping and invoicing assistance.
Body Doubling: Providing accountability and support for task completion.
Project Management: Assistance with specific, one-off tasks or long-term projects.
If you require any additional services, please contact me to discuss.
2. Service Packages & Pricing
My standard hourly rate is £25 per hour, with a minimum booking of 1 hour. This pay-as-you-go option is perfect for ad-hoc tasks or one-off assistance.
For clients who wish to book time in advance, I also offer optional discounted service packages:
Light Support – 5 hours for £120 (£24/hr)
Standard Support – 10 hours for £230 (£23/hr)
Comprehensive Support – 20 hours for £440 (£22/hr)
Packages must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Hours must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused time will not roll over beyond this period. Packages cannot be switched or downgraded after purchase.
All time is tracked using detailed logs, and clients will receive regular updates to show how many hours have been used and how many remain.
3. Why Packages Expire After 3 Months
The discounted rate in each package is offered with the understanding that the hours will be used within a reasonable timeframe. This helps me plan availability and manage my schedule fairly across all clients.
To keep things flexible and straightforward, hours must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless agreed otherwise in advance. This timeframe ensures I can offer consistent support and maintain a balanced workload.
If something unexpected comes up and you need a little extra time, just get in touch — I'm happy to discuss options.
4. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued monthly or upon completion of a project, depending on the service arrangement.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payment is accepted via bank transfer only.
