2.Do you require a deposit?
For one-off projects or new client bookings, I may ask for a deposit to secure time in my schedule. This will always be clearly agreed in advance.
3. Who do you work with?
I primarily support neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, but my services are open to anyone who would benefit from structured and personalised assistance.
4. How do your services work?
I offer flexible, remote support tailored to your needs. We can communicate via email, phone, or video calls, and I can assist with both one-off tasks and ongoing support.
5. What is body doubling, and how does it help?
Body doubling is a technique where I work alongside you (virtually) to help you stay focused and accountable. This can be useful for tasks like admin, paperwork, or organisation that may feel overwhelming.
6. How much do you charge?
I charge £25 per hour for my services, or you can choose from a selection of packages designed to give you flexibility and value. If you opt for a block package of hours, you'll receive a discount, making it more cost-effective for longer-term support. Pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees.
7. How do I pay you?
I invoice clients after the work is completed, or on a monthly basis for those on monthly packages, with payment due within 7 working days. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
8. Do you offer one-off sessions or ongoing support?
I offer both! Whether you need a single session to tackle a specific task or regular ongoing support, I can tailor my services to fit your needs.
9. How do I get started?
Simply contact me via the form at the bottom of this page, and we can discuss what support you need. From there, we can arrange an initial session and create a plan that works for you.
10. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
