I’m a freelance virtual assistant, specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those over 60, with life and work admin. My approach is built on patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how people work best. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling with daily tasks, I provide practical, judgement-free support to help you stay on track. With a background in special educational needs (SEN), support work and administration, I truly understand the challenges neurodivergent individuals and older adults face when managing daily responsibilities.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Educational & Early Childhood Studies and a Foundation Degree in Learning Support. With these qualifications, I spent several years working in a special needs school for children with autism. My role focused on supporting integration, where I worked one-to-one with children whose mainstream placements had broken down, helping them reintegrate back into education. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of a structured, supportive environment and I worked closely with teachers and families to ensure each child had the right tools and support to succeed.

I later transitioned to the corporate world, gaining experience in office administration, purchasing, logistics, and customer relations. Along the way, I saw how traditional systems can be overwhelming, particularly for neurodivergent individuals. With my combined background in education and administration, I decided to bridge the gap, offering tailored support that works for the individual rather than a generic system.

I focus on creating practical, sustainable solutions that make life easier. I recognise that a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works for anyone. My goal is to help people feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and supported in a way that makes sense for them.
